The Proxxon 28676 set includes 6 self-adhesive diamond sanding discs of Ø 50 mm , with a grit of 200. They are intended for sanding and polishing cut edges, rims and chamfers on porcelain stoneware, natural stone, ceramic and glass.
The Proxxon 28676 diamond sanding discs are a set of six 50mm diameter abrasives, available in 200 grit . They are designed for finishing cut edges, corners, and chamfers on hard materials. Their hook-and-loop backing allows for mounting on a compatible backing pad.
The 200 grit constitutes a working step suitable for a finish already mastered: it allows to refine an edge, to even out a sanded area or to prepare a finer polish depending on the nature of the material and the desired result.
In model making, this abrasive can be useful for precisely preparing decorative elements made from mineral or ceramic materials. Its small 50 mm diameter makes it easy to work on a specific piece, edge, or cutout, where a larger abrasive surface would be less suitable.
The Proxxon 28676 disc is designed for use with Proxxon LHW and LHW/A long-neck angle grinders, when used with the appropriate disc holder. The set of six discs provides a supply of consistent abrasives for repeated edge sanding and chamfering.
