The Proxxon 28675 diamond sanding discs come in a set of six 50mm diameter abrasives, available in 120 grit . They are designed for finishing cut edges, corners, and chamfers on hard materials. Their hook-and-loop backing allows for mounting on a compatible backing pad.
The 120 grit is suitable for intermediate sanding and surface preparation. It allows you to smooth edges after cutting, break sharp corners before finishing, and create smooth chamfers. These diamond discs can be used on porcelain stoneware , natural stone , including granite and marble, ceramic materials, and glass.
In model making, this abrasive can be useful for precisely preparing decorative elements made from mineral or ceramic materials. Its small 50 mm diameter makes it easy to work on a specific piece, edge, or cutout, where a larger abrasive surface would be less suitable.
