To thank you for trusting us and for your loyalty, we have created this loyalty point program.
The advantages
It's as simple as it looks. When you make a purchase on Univers Train you accumulate points corresponding to the amount spent.
1€ = 1 point
Once you have acquired these points, you can use them to pay for your future purchases on Univers Train.
How does the loyalty program work?
The number of points you earn for each item is mentioned on its product sheet. The total points earned are summarized in your basket, before validating your order. (Shipping costs are not taken into account for the calculation of your points)
100 points = €2
Once your order has been validated by our services, we credit your account with the number of points you have earned.
You can check the status of your points and your available balance at any time from your customer account.
Use your loyalty points
You can convert your loyalty points into a discount voucher from your account. You generate a code that you must enter in your basket. Your discount will be applied immediately to your purchase. (10€ minimum purchase to benefit from the discount)
Go to My Account / My Loyalty Points.
At the bottom of the page you have a link to convert your points into a voucher.
Once transformed into a voucher, on the summary of your basket on the right, this voucher appears. You must click on it so that it is entered in the box "Do you have a promo code?" and click on "Add"
Terms of Use
Loyalty points are only awarded to customers and members registered with Univers Train. They cannot be transferred to other members.
Loyalty points will not be refunded in the event of an order being cancelled in whole or in part and cannot give rise to any monetary compensation in any form whatsoever.
Points are valid for one year from the date of purchase . With each purchase that entitles you to new loyalty points, your entire loyalty kitty is valid for 1 year. These points are lost if you do not order for 1 year or if you do not use your points.
