Delivery method:
Orders for in-stock products are shipped within 2 business days. For mainland France, the average delivery time is 7 business days. During the holiday season, the average delivery time may be increased to 15 days.
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form and only to the geographic areas that we serve.
All products leave our premises in perfect condition. The customer must notify the carrier (or postman) of any slight signs of impact (holes, crushing marks, etc.) on the package, and if necessary, refuse the package. A new, identical product will then be sent to you free of charge.
The exchange of any product declared, after the fact, to be damaged during transport, without any reservation having been made upon receipt of the package, cannot be accepted.

Product Warranty:
The consumer of the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L217-4 et seq. of the consumer code and the guarantee of defects in the thing sold (art. 1641 of the civil code).
The consumer is expressly informed that the SELLER is not the manufacturer of the products presented on the SELLER SITE.
Consequently, in the event of damage caused to a person or property due to a product defect, only the liability of the manufacturer of the product may be sought by the consumer, based on the information appearing on the packaging of the said product.
The warranty period is two years (2 years). Excluded from this warranty are all products modified or repaired by the customer or by any entity other than the service providers chosen by the SELLER.

- is exempt from providing proof of the existence of the lack of conformity of the goods during the 24 months following delivery of the goods, except for second-hand goods.
The consumer may decide to implement the guarantee against hidden defects of the thing sold within the meaning of Article 1641 of the Civil Code and in this case, may choose between the resolution of the sale or a reduction of the sale price in accordance with Article 1644 of the Civil Code.
Right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal only applies to natural persons.
In accordance with Articles L. 121-18, the consumer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return, at his own expense, products that do not suit him. This period starts from the day the consumer's order is received. Any return may be reported in advance to the SELLER's customer service. The product must be returned to the SELLER'S ADDRESS.
Sensitive products (such as DVDs, CDs, Software) must not have been unsealed, so that the consumer can benefit from the right of withdrawal.
Only products returned in their entirety, in their original packaging, complete and intact, and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. Any product that has been damaged, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

Force majeure:
Neither party will have failed in its contractual obligations to the extent that their execution is delayed, hindered or prevented by an unforeseeable event of force majeure. Partial non-validation:
If one or more provisions of these general conditions are held to be invalid or declared as such pursuant to a law, regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other provisions will retain their full force and scope.
Non-waiver:
The fact that one of the parties does not take advantage of a breach by the other party of any of the obligations referred to in the context of these general conditions of sale cannot be interpreted in the future as a claim to the obligation in question.
Applicable law:
These general conditions are subject to French law. This applies to both substantive and formal rules.

Late payment:
Generally speaking, orders are payable upon ordering, with the exception of professionals for whom the payment deadline is set at eight (8) days from the invoice date. In the latter case, any late payment automatically and without formal notice will result in a late payment penalty equal to the legal rate of the ECB increased by 7 percentage points in accordance with Article 1907 et seq. of the Civil Code and Article L441-6 of the Commercial Code. This penalty will be calculated from the due date of the invoice; each month started will be due in full.
