Note:

The R2/R3 curved turnout is only limited in its suitability for the use of scale-length express train wagons (length greater than 300mm) because the parallel distance in the counter-switch sector is somewhat reduced and a perfect passage of two wagons, which meet with a length greater than 300mm, is not possible.
