The REE Modèles VB491 model is a UIC A7D passenger car of the SNCF (French National Railways), reproduced in HO scale (1/87 ). This version corresponds to a 3rd series car in the C160 livery , equipped with Y24 bogies without magnetic brakes . It belongs to Era V , the period covered here from 1992 to 2004.

The actual equipment

UIC carriages constitute an important family of French passenger carriages designed according to the recommendations of the International Union of Railways. They contributed to the renewal of the SNCF passenger fleet and operated in numerous train compositions on a variety of routes.
