Product Details

The SNCF USI B10t R37 HO42502 passenger car faithfully reproduces a typical USI (Unified Domestic Service) car from the SNCF's IVb era. These cars, widely used on regional trains and secondary main lines, were a defining feature of French rail operations from the 1970s to the 1990s.

This model reproduces a B10t second-class coach, equipped with Y16 bogies, characteristic of this series, as well as inter-car gangways allowing continuity between coaches in a train. The livery and markings correspond to a coach assigned to the Clermont depot, registration number 50 87 20-37 292-1.

The R37 model is distinguished by its finely detailed engraving and markings, as well as its factory-installed interior lighting. This lighting is controlled by a discreet switch located under the chassis and can be digitized using the 6-pin NEM socket provided for the installation of a decoder.

Compatible with 2-rail operation, this HO car fits perfectly into an SNCF passenger train from era IV, alongside other USI, DEV or Corail equipment in service on French lines.
