The transparent Faller Colofix 180501 is a landscape construction adhesive supplied in a 230 g pot. It is designed for scenery work on a miniature railway layout, especially for securing ballast materials and groundcover (static grass/grass tufts). After curing, the adhesive becomes transparent to preserve the look of the finished scenery.

Creating a miniature railway layout largely depends on how the ground is treated: ballasted track, embankments, station surroundings, meadows, rural areas, and reliefs. Ballasting helps represent mineral layers and ballast zones, while groundcover brings a natural vegetation layer to the terrain. Using an adhesive suited to these tasks helps keep scenery materials in place on their base.

Faller Colofix is also suitable for bonding wood. Its delayed setting time gives you the opportunity to position elements during scenery construction.

This product is suitable for layouts in the scales and gauges H0, N, TT and Z. It can therefore be used to create miniature landscapes, whether for a model railway, a diorama, or any modelling scene.
