Minitrix 14322 B2 track extension kit with concrete sleepers - N 1/160

The Minitrix B2 track extension set ref. 14322 is a set of N scale 1/160 track, designed to extend the development of a layout built with the current starter sets and already completed with the B1 extension. It includes straight sections, curves and two turnouts, all from the Minitrix range of track with concrete sleepers.

This set allows you to expand the layout of a model railway by creating new possibilities for running, passing, and storage. The R2a curved rails and straight sections of varying lengths make it easy to adapt the track plan to the available dimensions on the baseboard. The two 15° R4 turnouts allow you to direct trains onto a second track or a siding.

The included turnouts feature a polarized frog . This design ensures power is supplied to the crossing area and is suitable for creating an N scale layout that can be operated with miniature rolling stock. Minitrix 14534 and 14535 electric mechanisms can be installed on the turnouts in this set to allow for remote control.

The concrete sleeper track evokes modern railway infrastructure while remaining suitable for a wide range of model railway settings. The B2 set connects with the entire Minitrix concrete sleeper track range, allowing for the continued expansion of a layout with rails, turnouts, and accessories from the same range.

In the extension example provided by Minitrix, the combination of references 11161, 14321 and 14322 creates a track measuring approximately 139 x 53 cm . The manufacturer therefore recommends a base of at least 150 x 60 cm , in order to allow sufficient space around the track for installation and scenery.
