Scale model: basic 4-car train set. Both power cars (M1 and M2) are motorized. Features a digital decoder and numerous sound functions. Both power cars have centrally mounted, high-performance, regulated motors. Each power car has four drive axles connected by a cardan shaft. Traction tires are fitted. Integrated interior lighting is standard. The three-light headlight, two red end-of-train lights (which reverse according to the direction of travel), and interior lighting are always on in conventional operation; these can be selected in digital mode. In digital mode, the third headlight can be switched independently to ensure the lights reverse according to French regulations (lighting function).
Lighting is provided by maintenance-free warm white and red LEDs. A buffer battery is included. The power car cabs feature interior fittings and metal handrails. Power cars and intermediate cars are coupled in fixed pairs with special close couplings and sliding guides. Additional sliding guides are located in the Jacobs bogie. Power is supplied via the leading power car (depending on the direction of travel). Interior lighting is powered by the continuous electrical connection for the entire train. Each power car is equipped with two single-arm pantographs of different types, one with a bow for DB and the other with a bow for SNCF.
Mechanical function of the pantographs only (no electrical function). Scale reproduction, hence a minimum curve radius of 360 mm with a clear clearance template.
Length of the basic 4-element oar: 102 cm.
