REE scale model reference VM-022 in HOm / HOe scale (1/87 meter gauge / narrow gauge) reproducing the BB 400 diesel locomotive operated on the Vivarais Railway network by the CFD (Chemins de fer Départementaux) company.

The real model

The BB 400 diesel locomotives were built from 1962 onwards for the Chemins de fer Départementaux (CFD) . They operated on several French secondary narrow-gauge networks, including the famous Vivarais network in Ardèche, where they hauled both passenger and freight trains.

The scale model

This REE Models reproduction represents locomotive no. 040-003 in its service condition during Era III . The model is designed for operation on a 2-rail DC network in analog version.
