The Preiser 16343 set brings together unpainted passers-by and spectators in H0 1/87 scale. The kit's components allow for the creation of 130 figures , designed to add presence and animation to railway, urban, road, or event scenes in a model railway.
At 1/87 scale, a human figure represents approximately 20 mm for an average-sized adult. This set provides a particularly interesting base for populating a train platform, a shopping street, the area around a public building, a village square, a local festival, or the side of a railway line. The diversity offered by the theme of passersby and spectators allows for the creation of believable groups, crowds, and scenes of everyday life.
The figures are supplied unpainted , in kit form. This presentation gives the modeler the freedom to choose clothing colors, adapt the characters to the atmosphere of their diorama, and create a population consistent with the period or location depicted.
