Designed in 1916 during the First World War, the Nissen hut became popular during the Second World War as a versatile and rapidly constructed shelter. After the war, they were used as temporary housing for displaced families. Many have since been converted into workshops and for agricultural use.

This die-cut card kit comes with an option of a single or double "workshop" door. Side windows (included) are also optional.
