The first-generation Orange TGV is arriving. The new model will replicate the uniquely shaped pantograph used in sections powered by alternating current.

Just like the real train, it will also be possible to run two trainsets coupled together.

Two numbering systems are available: the 84 formation (basic 5-car train/5-car extension train) and the 08 formation (10-car train) in basic/extended configurations.

The train's appearance from the mid-1980s was restored after the central car was replaced with an airbag-equipped bogie and before the SNCF logo was removed.

at the front of the train by orange paint. The lettering "SNCF" on the front connector cover and the distinctive front curve extending from the front window to the roof are reproduced.

The complexly shaped CA section pantograph at the rear has been recreated.

The nicknames specific to the formation are reproduced with a beautiful silkscreen print (formation 84… “DIEPPE”, formation 08… “ROUEN”).

Equipped with a GM-5 flywheel engine.
